Our trips are crafted with care, planning, and a commitment to providing each guest with an unforgettable outdoor experience. To honor our preparation and maintain flexibility for unforeseen changes, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation by Camp Yoshi

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a trip due to weather, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of a full refund or a credit towards a future trip.

Cancellation by Guests

These trips are highly curated—logistically tight, intentionally designed, and built to create shared moments that land with precision. Once campers cancel, it can throw off that rhythm. That’s why our policy is the following:

  • More than 30 days after booking: No refunds. Your full payment becomes credit toward a future Camp Yoshi experience. You have 12 months to apply the credit towards a future experience.

  • Less than 30 days from the trip departure date: We are unable to offer refunds or credit.

We know that sounds firm—but this approach protects the magic, flow, planning, and experience of every guest, vendor, guide involved. Every spot matters.

Transfers

Can’t make it but know someone who should be here? We allow reservation transfers to another guest up to 7 days before the trip, pending availability and approval.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment—especially for any non-refundable portions.
