Starting this summer, we’re setting up a monthly sunset dinner up on Mt. Hood — no maps, no menus, just a GPS pin dropped 24 hours before we light the fire.
You don’t need a tricked-out rig to find us (your Prius is perfect). Just roll up, follow the smoke, and we’ll be there — Rashad on the grill, plates ready, natural wine getting some air, and Mt. Hood doing what it does best.
Expect a 5-course meal kissed by open flames, sips that match the view, and a sunset that makes you forget about your inbox for a while. Vibes first. Fine dining somewhere way down the list.
