Gabbi Thomas (@gabtheforestelf)
Gabbi is a forest-dwelling herbalist, educator, and storyteller whose work blurs the lines between plant medicine, outdoor adventure, and ritual. With roots in folk healing and an eye for ecological wonder, she invites people to slow down, forage wisdom from the woods, and reconnect with seasonal rhythms. Whether she’s leading workshops in fermentation or guiding community hikes, Gabbi weaves together a practice that’s both grounding and wildly expansive.
