Note: shuttle from La Paz and San Jose Airport/Cabo (SJD) Mexico will be provided to hotel.

• Day 1: Travel Day: Transfer from the SJD Airport or La Paz Airport to Baja Hotel.

  You will meet your guide who will host you for your adventure, take in one of Baja’s spectacular sunsets on a private boat trip to scenic Balandra Bay, known for its pristine beaches, mangroves, calm waters and stunning landscapes. We will depart from the Fiscal Dock for the short trip (30 minutes) to Balandra Bay.Upon arrival, explore one of the nature trails and take in a gourmet cheese and cold cut platter with a glass of wine as you enjoy the sunset before returning to La Paz.

  Day 2: Today we venture to Espíritu Santo Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home turquoise water, multitudes of fish species, and resident sea lions. As we navigate alongside Espiritu Santo your guide will brief you on its natural history. Once we’ve arrived at the sea lion colony (roughly 1.5 hours), you’ll have the chance to get in the water, accompanied by your guide, to snorkel with the sea lions and observe tropical fish. Afterward, your captain will seek out a secluded beach for a tasty lunch, you’ll have time to relax, take another snorkel or explore one of the island’s nature trails before heading back to La Paz before sunset.

  Day 3: Sierra de la Laguna: We will take you to discover the Sierra de la Laguna with a guided nature excursion that will stimulate all your senses. You will learn about its geological formations, history and anthropology, the diversity of flora and fauna that inhabit the reserve and their traditional uses. We will visit a working ranch, where you can interact with the farm animals, pick your own vegetables in the organic garden, and swim in the natural pools while you explore San Dionisio Canyon and then we will enjoy a traditional homemade meal and learn how to make your own hand-made tortillas.

  Day 4: Beach Day at Cerritos beach: Cross the peninsula to enjoy a day at the beach in Todos Santos. Your guide will meet you in the morning for the trip (1.5 hours) to Los Cerritos beach. We’ll have body boards that you can enjoy in the gentle rollers (optional surf lessons available). Relax on the beach with shade umbrellas and enjoy a picnic lunch. For your last night enjoy a special farewell dinner as reward for your work.

• Day 5: Departure day - shuttle/transport campers to their respective airports for departure;

Cancellation fees will be applied per camper according to the following schedule, based on the date we receive your written email notification:

Cancellations initiated by the participant received via email to Camp Yoshi with more than 90 days notice before the adventure start date will receive their deposit and subsequent payments as a credit to be used towards future adventures with Camp Yoshi. The credit expires 1 year after being issued.

Cancellations initiated by the camper received via email to Camp Yoshi less than 90 days before the adventure start date will forfeit all monies (deposit and any subsequent payments.

No refunds will be provided for any reason for an unused portion of an adventure once the adventure begins, including if you leave an adventure for any reason or have to be removed from an adventure. The adventure price is a package cost and refunds and credits are not available for services not used.

There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including for reasons related to weather, terrorism, civil strife, personal, family or medical emergencies or any other circumstances beyond our control. For this and other reasons, we encourage you to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance and travel protection (i.e., travel medical insurance and emergency evacuation services).

Camp Yoshi is not responsible for expenses incurred by Participants in preparing for a trip (eg. nonrefundable advance purchase air tickets, equipment, etc.) or for any additional arrangements pre- or post-departure date. The term applies whether the adventure is altered, modified, or cancelled by us or by you for any reason. Because the tour may be cancelled when a minimum number of Participants have not signed up, we recommend that you either purchase refundable air tickets or wait until we have confirmed with you approximately 90 days prior to the tour that we have a sufficient number of Participants.
