*Camp Yoshi has the right to cancel any trip that does not meet our required 10 people minimum; we will communicate if the trip is cancelled 90 days before start of trip.

Note: shuttle will be provided for campers from Grand Junction, Colorado to Moab, Utah early Monday morning.

Note: Out of respect for protecting and preserving the areas we’ll be exploring details of our itinerary will not be made public. In general, we’ll be diving deeper into Canyon Country’s Southeastern region. Below is a loose itinerary to help give campers a general idea outlining where the adventure will begin and end. Several days out from the start of the trip a full itinerary will be shared.

Cancellation fees will be applied per camper according to the following schedule, based on the date we receive your written email notification:
Cancellations initiated by the participant received via email to Camp Yoshi with more than 90 days notice before the adventure start date will receive their deposit and subsequent payments as a credit to be used towards future adventures with Camp Yoshi. The credit expires 1 year after being issued.
Cancellations initiated by the camper received via email to Camp Yoshi less than 90 days before the adventure start date will forfeit all monies (deposit and any subsequent payments.
No refunds will be provided for any reason for an unused portion of an adventure once the adventure begins, including if you leave an adventure for any reason or have to be removed from an adventure. The adventure price is a package cost and refunds and credits are not available for services not used.
There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including for reasons related to weather, terrorism, civil strife, personal, family or medical emergencies or any other circumstances beyond our control. For this and other reasons, we encourage you to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance and travel protection (i.e., travel medical insurance and emergency evacuation services).
Camp Yoshi is not responsible for expenses incurred by Participants in preparing for a trip (eg. nonrefundable advance purchase air tickets, equipment, etc.) or for any additional arrangements pre- or post-departure date. The term applies whether the adventure is altered, modified, or cancelled by us or by you for any reason. Because the tour may be cancelled when a minimum number of Participants have not signed up, we recommend that you either purchase refundable air tickets or wait until we have confirmed with you approximately 90 days prior to the tour that we have a sufficient number of Participants.
